  • - Users have the option to request a full refund within 7 days of purchasing a paid plan.

  • - CV Ranker AI collects user email and payment information solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

3. Service Usage

  • - The Service allows users to upload CVs for analysis against job descriptions.
  • - Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and analyze any CV submitted through our Service.
  • - We do not retain the text content of uploaded CVs beyond what is necessary to perform the requested analysis.
  • - Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer our ranking algorithms or using the Service for any illegal purposes.

4. Billing

  • - Different payment plans offer varying amounts of analysis credits.
  • - Credits are consumed when CVs are analyzed against a job description.
  • - Unused credits do not roll over beyond their validity period, which varies by plan.
  • - You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time, subject to our billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability
